Our taxation consulting division is led by Mr Boon Suan Lee, who has over 40 years of tax, corporate and financial experience in dealing with corporate and personal tax clients, having served and headed the Tax Divisions of various international accounting firms.

Serving on the team together with Mr Boon is Ms Wendy Wong, our Director of Taxes, who has more than 20 years of experience handling both tax advisory and compliance work for personal tax clients as well as corporations including listed companies and the small and medium enterprises in various industries.

Ms N Vimala Devi, our Director of Taxes, has 20 years of experience in handling both tax advisory and compliance work for large corporate and multi-national companies, as well as international tax planning, structuring of cross border transactions and negotiating with the government authorities for tax incentives.
